Items in-stock ship witin few days. Items that are custom made may take six weeks or more depending on the item and quantity ordered. Return Policy Our goal is for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. We would like to know if something is wrong with the product and we will do what we can to make it right. Please keep in mind that each item is "Hand Made". We will always try our best to create for you what you have told us you wanted. Make sure that we understand what you are looking for before we ship your order. If an item needs to be returned, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If we have made a mistake in your order we will work with you to correct it.
